The "Berlouffes" celebration and its immense second-hand market (the biggest in France), the Lion Park in the town centre, the Carnival, the walks in the countryside and the other guided tours of our heritage sites like the guided tour of Saint Therese's church are some of the many tourist assets which define Wattrelos, the 5th largest town in the Lille Metropole. The Museum of Popular Arts and Traditions offers you the possibility to immerse in the not-so-distant past, a time when our grandparents were knee-high to a grasshopper. But what makes out the town stand out is unquestionably the link it has with the traditional games: the game of "Bourle", archery "à la perche", javelin... So, whether you come to stroll, to relax and enjoy yourself or to make new discoveries, welcome to our town!

Museum of Popular Arts and Traditions
